Booking with Chris Valiant Photography is easy. Simply, click here, and complete the form according to what is specified. Please allow up to 24 – 48 hours for a response. In the “Additional Comments” field, please exercise the liberty to be as detailed about your project. This will allow us to efficiently address your business needs. It is imperative to indicate the desired date of services requested so that we can coordinate arrangements within our existing shooting schedule. 


How long does it take to receive my images?

Depending on the nature of the project, delivery of your images breaks down as follows:

  • One day event: 1 – 2 business days
  • Multiple day events (e.g. trade-shows, tournaments): 3 – 4 business days
  • Corporate Headshots: 3 – 4 business days
  • Weddings: 14 business days

We will always maintain continuous contact with the primary client via email and/or phone through the editing/delivery process.

How are the images distributed?

All images can be access privately via our client hub, hosted here. In rare circumstances, Google Drive may be utilized for distribution for real-time social media distribution. Otherwise, the client hub will be used for all instances. 

Does the client hub support purchases and sharing on social media?

Yes, absolutely! Upon accessing the client hub, you’ll be able to purchase any images and choose from a broad selection of formats. In addition, any images hosted in the respective albums may be shared on the supported social media platforms.

What happens if I purchase a physical/digital print that I don't like?

We value your satisfaction and ask that you review the online proofing album first before ordering. However, in the event that you are unsatisfied with a specific image, we will honor 1 free round of revisions (limit up to 4 images). Reprints will be redistributed under the Economy delivery method. 

Am I required to pay any deposits prior to booking with you?

There is a $75.00 non-refundable booking fee on family/lifestyle shoots, $75.00 for cosplay shoots, and $200.00 to reserve wedding shoots. 

We do this to ensure the clients are serious about working with us, and is due to the fact that we can only accommodate so many bookings during the week. Most importantly, this minimizes the likelihood of potential cancellations, which impacts our timetable working with other potential clients. Your business would not be sustainable by supporting a model that allows people who are unable to commit to your services. We believe customers who take the time to examine our portfolio, and reach out actually trust in our work to deliver a positive, rewarding experience. In the end, we want to provide a rich standard that resonates with you.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following major Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard and & Amex. PayPal is also accepted, but only as a last resort. In the event that this option is utilized, we ask that you include an additional 10% to cover the deductions issued by PayPal for withdrawing funds. 


What format can I expect the images to be delivered in?

All final images will be distributed in a high-resolution format, hosted on our client hub in .JPG format. In the event that your business requires the source files, an additional fee will be assessed. Source files should not be expected as part of the final distribution package under any circumstances unless a formal inquiry is made (in writing) and a substantial licensee fee has been paid to Chris Valiant Photography.

Something came up, and I need to change my service dates

Life happens. If your upcoming project is local, and you require a time adjustment, we ask that you notify us within 24 – 48 hours. Any out-of-state projects should inform Chris Valiant Photography in writing at [email protected]. Please note, there is a 25% cancellation fee for any projects that are terminated. In the event the fee is not honored, we will proceed with legal action to collect compensation.  

What happens if I want something changed in one or multiple images?

Once your images are delivered, you have (15) business days to request any revisions. We will be happy to make any adjustments.
